Couldn't agree more; I had tons of rap on cassette when that format was hot in my middle/high school years, but lost them over time and moves. Color Reproduction: Thanks to a showy number of characters and the interiors of certain scenes, there’s a good amount of color found throughout this film that pops. They also talk about the artists they tapped to contribute songs to the film's soundtrack, which are excerpted as mentioned. Stay in the Scene: The Interview" (22:43) sits down the four leads -- Shakur, Epps, Kain, and Hopkins -- for a rooftop chat about the movie. The image was always a bit grungy to mimic the street elements of the film, but things like jackets, or green painted walls really do look impressive.Images copyright 1992 Paramount Pictures, Island World, Moritz/Heyman Productions, and 2017 Paramount Home Entertainment. Synopsis; A tale of four friends determined to make some money on the harsh streets of Harlem and featuring an outstanding soundtrack by hip-hop heroes Eric B and Rakim, Cypress Hill, EPMD, Big Daddy Kane and many more. WONKA — The Magical Adventure of a Young Chocolate Maker Comes Home on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD on February 27th! Shot on the streets, it’s a clear and clean-looking image, but has an edge of grittiness to it as well. The audio and video are top notch and the assortment of supplements, a few new, only add to the allure.

Dickerson gives a new (he references if he can remember 25 years ago) commentary and it’s a solo venture. Juice, which released in the pre-digital photography era in 1992, features a very handsome and natural 1080p transfer. I personally am not a fan of the man in his life, but I have to admit that he was a talented man, and was able to pull off a solid performance. Dickerson assembled an impressive cast with four unproven leads bringing genuine A-Lister performances to the show.

Yet, as I said, most of the LPs from this period don't sound all that great, even with good, deep cleanings. It’s not a glaring issue, again it’s very brief and I didn’t notice it right away, but when I saw it once at about 30 minutes in I went back and saw it again at around the 15-minute mark and later at the DJ battle.

I had it on DVD and saw it a lot in school so it became one of those films I just didn’t have the urge to revisit. I have some of Cube's stuff on 12-inch vinyl singles, including "You Know How We Do It" and "Check Yo Self". Only Poetic Justice, which cast him across from Janet Jackson, would gross more among Shakur's output. Its not awful, but hangs out around the average landscape with “I guess it could have been worse” as one of its pros. He comments on the cast, the shoot and the mostly unheard of talent that made the movie what it was.Again, this isn’t the worst issue and it’s barely noticeable unless you’re really looking for it, nonetheless, it’s an issue to kick this otherwise perfect transfer for. While not quite up there with one of my favorite films: New Jack City, Juice was ahead of its time and has withstood it well.
